The department has a Conversation Assistant that participates in every discipline
Other activities of the Department include:
Cooperation in the management and implementation of activities in the school’s ERASMUS+ PROGRAM, especially by providing guidance and support to participating students.
The Department also provides information and guidance to students and teachers regarding English learning outside the school: intensive courses (in Spain and abroad), summer camps and formal language training at both the Official School of Languages (Escuela Oficial de Idiomas) or reputable and well-established institutions such as the British Council.

Conversation exchange night: every Monday and Tuesday, from 11 PM onwards, Exchange night is held. Languages, experiences and customs.
Carmencitas, Calle San Vicente Ferrer, 51. Metro Noviciado
Conversation over beers. Tuesday 9 PM. “Carmencitas” opens its doors to a night of conversation Exchange and fun. Two bilingual moderators will welcome you at the door. Offers a relaxed and welcoming environment.
Ole Lola, c/ San Mateo 28, Metro Alonso Martínez/Tribunal.
“Ole Lola” brings together native Spanish speakers with people from all over the world for a cun conversation Exchange night. Every Tuesday from 10 to 11 PM.
J&J Books, Calle del Espíritu Santo 47. Metro Noviciado.
On Wednesdays and Thursdays, native English speakers get together to practice Spanish. The moderators help people meet up to practice other languages. From 8 PM onwards.

Enjoy conversation exchanges, moderated by a bilingual local resident, in an Irish setting every Monday at 8.30 PM
